Robin Matthews 05/01/2008 14:00:06 Nice start to the website, Tish. Looks great and is bringing back lots of great memories. Karen Grabill 05/01/2008 14:26:55 The web site looks great. What a wonderful tribute. I have several pieces that Uncle Ted painted and if you'd like to add those to the web site, I'd be happy to take some pictures of them and send them off to you. I just need to know where to send them. Adriane Ludwick 05/09/2008 18:36:01 I have paintings by all three artists....and have given some to my sister Valerie, my sister-in-law Georgia, and Tom and Janice Huang (close friends). Would you like these to be included? My best wishes to you as you develop the site. Cooper 07/07/2008 12:48:46 This site is wonderful, and such a loving memorial for your grandparents and a beautiful tribute to Trudie. I love seeing the similarities and differences of all three artist. It was an honor knowing Lee. And Trudie never ceases to amaze me with the beautiful spirit and heart of her work. Thank you all for sharing the information and work of your grandparent’s lives. Sandy Alwine Hawkins 07/15/2008 18:00:33 I went to Valley High School with Noelle we were good friends . I lost track of her when she went off to colleage and I moved to Alaska. I was saddened when I heard of her death a few years ago. I have a portrait of me done by Lee Clarke Schuyler in 1962. I sat for a class that Ted was teaching. I will take a picture of my picture later and send it to you if you would give me an e-mail address. Kathleen Coombs Viviani 07/30/2008 11:09:07 Hello mike ryan 02/26/2011 04:59:17 my name mike ryan and i live in ohio. my mother passed away a few weeks ago and i met my sisters in albuquerque to go thru our mothers house. The house belonged to my grandmother Arita Courville "artist". I was very lucky to ask for and receive two paintings by Mr.Schuyler. I love them so very much! I just hung them in my 130 year old farm house. They add such warmth and beauty to the room. Everyday I will look at them and get that great feeling of being in my grandmothers house where thye hung for so long. Thanks very much... Mike 10/27/2011 22:58:36 Dear Trudie~ Tom Mitchell 11/04/2011 15:01:06 Just picked up a painting by Ted Schuyler done in 1959. It is Oil, I think, and appears to be Zion National Park or a similar scene. I someone connected to this website will email me, I will send a photo of the painting. Tom Gail 11/07/2011 18:57:52 I have inherited a painting from my aunt done by Lee. It is a beautifully painted landscape of the southwest, signed Lee Clark Schuyler, '61. I'm not sure how my aunt acquired the painting, but it is quite possible that she was aquianted with Lee and Ted as she also attended the Chicago Art Institute in the late 1920s. Please feel free to contact me and I will send you a photo of the painting. Gail S. from Omaha, NE Georgia 11/15/2011 21:18:47 I have inherited paitings, sketchings and letters from my friend, done by Ted and Lee. The oil paintings are from 1933. The letters and sketchings are from 1988 and 1989. My friend lived in Park Ridge, IL. I have sent you an email also, please feel free to contact me. --Georgia from Chicago, IL Ruth Schuyler Peters 12/03/2011 09:31:01 It was great to see my wedding present of my husband Jim Fowler Peters in the new additions file!
