Ted Schuyler
"Shalako Entering the House in Zuni" by Ted Schuyler. The Shalako is a Zuni ceremony held to bless the building of new houses built in the past year. The walls of the home are decorated with gaily woven rugs to welcome the Shalako. The ceremony is generally not open to outsiders.
